4 Ways that Serve are Squashing the Stigma

We love what we do and the range of clients who we get to support. Taking a personal and local approach is what underpins our business; we like to think sets us apart from your traditional staffing solution.

Make it stand out

1. In House Training

We meet every crew member prior to their first shift, here we discover their skillset and their existing hospitality experience.

All of our crew attend a skills assessment, front of house training and bar training with our HQ training manager, so we only offer highly skilled, trained professionals.

This way, we know you're only working with the most reliable and competent crew out there.

2. Expenses

By working with Serve, you will save yourself not only time and hassle, but costs aswell.

Recruiting the perfect crew, training them in all FOH and bar skills and figuring out logisitics of travel can be a huge, time-consuming procedure - so let us do the work.

We recruit, we hire, we train and we get them on-site. So for you, there's no commitment, holiday pay or pensions!

3. Hospitality Only

Serve pride themselves on only providing the best hospitality crew.

This means we can really focus on training our crew to the best of their ability, whether it is delivering quality silver service for 500 guests or behind a busy festival bar.

We also offer up-skilling opportunities to our crew, such as cellar management, mixology and barista training, to develop their expertise even further.

4. Relationships

We love working with you, and we hope you love working with us too. It is important that we send our crew to events where they are looked after and valued.

A key part of Serve is trust - clients can trust Serve to provide them with professional crew and our crew can trust us to send them to places where they're respected.

Everyone knows working in hospitality comes with its ups and downs, so to know our crew are appreciated whilst having fun is an integral part of Serve.

If you think that this sounds like a good fit for you then please get in touch to discuss how we can work together. We’re always happy to chat.
