Self-manage your shifts through an app
By using an app, our crew are able to manage shifts with ease (although, the event staffing management team are never too far away!). Successful applicants will be interviewed, assessed and trained in-house, with a focus on identifying the strengths and skill set of each individual, to offer the best support and work opportunities for every member.
Up-skill opportunities
There are always opportunities to up-skill and broaden your knowledge through our training opportunities. From barista and cocktail training, through to cellar management and supervisor training, we offer heavily discounted programmes to enhance your CV. Whether you’d like to progress from crew to supervisor or even into HQ, speak to us. As we expand into Devon and beyond we will have opportunities to work across the South West.
