    Rachael

    Founder & Operations Manager

With a diverse background in event operations, logistics and co-ordination, I worked out very early in my career that reliability and consistency is the most important part of providing excellent customer service at events. My aim has always been to create a professional hospitality service for our clients, as well as inspire positive change within the hospitality industry by offering flexible, accessible and enjoyable work and training opportunities for our crew.

  • Kathryn

    Payroll & Accounts Manager

I have spent many years working in pubs, restaurants and hotels whilst completing my accounting qualifications. I’ve seen the highs and the lows of working in the hospitality industry, and I enjoy working with others to help them succeed and thrive. Combined with my experience in various accounting roles, I have a great understanding of the needs of our teams and our clients.

  • Rosie

    Marketing Assistant

My background is in events and hospitality, having worked as an event manager, as well as managing restaurants and cafés, working in corporate events and spending time in the yachting industry. Those roles gave me a real understanding of the pace, organisation and attention to detail required to deliver great events and service. Now working in marketing with Serve, I help share the story behind the business and connect with clients across the Southwest.

  • Alisha

    Operations Assistant

I’ve been lucky to be part of the Serve team since turning 18. After gaining early experience working at festivals, pubs, and restaurants, I joined as event crew and quickly developed a passion for the events industry. Over the years I progressed from apprentice and part-time assistant to Event Staffing Manager, overseeing teams across Devon and Cornwall. Following a period of maternity leave, Serve now allows me to work flexibly while continuing to grow my hospitality skills and involvement in the industry.
