Meet Rachael & Jordan

Hello! My name is Rachael and I’m very excited to find you here, as it most likely means that you are making plans for the BEST day of your lives.

I have been co-ordinating weddings for over 8 years, with a special love for marquee weddings in some of the most beautiful spots that Cornwall has to offer. My love of events comes from my longstanding experience in the hospitality industry, and naturally falls alongside my work at Serve Cornwall; lending itself to my precise attention to detail, need to problem solve and unwavering service, come rain or shine!

Working alongside some of the most admired wedding suppliers in Cornwall, I have co-ordinated weddings that have featured in both Grazia and The Daily Mail. From beach to barn, and marquees to manors, my approach is always to bring a personal touch and support you to make the most of every part of your day.

My name is Jordan, and I have been a wedding coordinator across Cornwall and Devon for the last 9 years. Having worked for various wedding venues as a core member of their team, I have vast experience of different types of weddings, from intimate elopements to grand gatherings, I’ve done it all, and loved every minute.

I believe that every wedding is unique. It should tell your story, of who you are as people, together and apart. It should be a celebration of the love you have found, and the commitment you make to each other, now and forever. Weddings are beautiful, and to create a wedding that reflects all of this beauty, truly is a task not to be overlooked.

I will be a guiding hand on this wonderful journey you are on. Relieving any wedding planning stress so you can relax and enjoy every step of the process and look back fondly in years to come.

On the Day Co-ordination

Site visit prior to the wedding day, with 3 hours allocated to correspondence with wedding couple to produce detailed run-sheet
Full wedding day front-of-house coordination
Support/oversee the catering and bar teams as necessary
Oversee all suppliers and event staff to best keep to 'Order of the Day'
Approx 12 hours on site

Planning Support, "Day Before" Set-up, On the day coordination

As above plus...

Liaison with vendors with detailed runsheet produced
Assistance with sourcing suppliers where necessary
Oversee the arrival of hire equipment on the day before the wedding (approx 12pm-5.30pm)
Assist with table lay up and bar preparation (may require additional Serve crew to assist)
